At Giftili, we take great pride in creating personalized, custom gifts that make each occasion unique. Because we specialize in personalized products, we want to be clear about our return policy. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. Customized Gifts Policy
All of our gifts are custom-made with your specifications. Once a customized gift is created and shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of these products. Each item is unique and made to your order, which is why returns and exchanges are not possible before two days of the delivery date.
What If I Have a Problem with My Order?
We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Here’s how to handle such cases:
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the item and packaging. We will process a refund of the full amount for you at no additional cost.
- Incorrect Items: If we made an error in processing your order, we will make it right by sending you a replacement.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it in case the delivery date is in more than 24 hours, provided that production has not started. Once we begin creating your customized item, it is not possible to cancel your order due to the personalized nature of our products.
Refund
Since our gifts are personalized, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us at info@giftili.shop with your order details, and we will assist you in resolving any issues.
